Noah Heller was involved in many crises affecting the federal government and the capital region. He was engaged in consolidating COCOM communication for DISA's information assurance tools. The communication process was integral in securing classified networks during the Chelsea Manning Data breach. Following his time with DISA, he supported NAVSEA employees during the Navy Yard shooting by consolidating naval communication and keeping employees aware of scheduled changes and updates. Following the embassy attack in Benghazi, Mr. Heller transformed a largely paper-based process into a fully functioning online environment. He was significantly increasing all aspects of the security upgrade process. 

Throughout his expierience, he has identified many of the same problems. To bring about a greater understanding of the Knowledge Management process and the tools that support it. 

Jason Green, with over 11 years of experience, has successfully managed government projects. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), he has collaborated with both the State Department and the Department of Defense. His expertise spans various critical areas in project management, data migration, logistical operations, identity assurance, and o365 SharePoint migrations. Furthermore, Jason plays a pivotal role in maintaining the core capabilities and operations for GKM. His wealth of knowledge contributes significantly to effective government project delivery.
